AI hardware startup Aina has raised $5.5 million in a seed funding round to support the development of its AI-native hardware platform. The company will use the fresh capital to build next-generation hardware interfaces, expand its engineering team, and accelerate product development.
Founded by former Ultrahuman executive Apoorv Shankar, Aina operates from Bengaluru and San Francisco, focusing on AI-driven hardware technologies. The startup aims to develop intelligent hardware interfaces designed for emerging artificial intelligence applications.
The latest funding is expected to support Aina’s product roadmap and strengthen its engineering capabilities as it expands its presence in the AI hardware sector.
